LA BOSS LADY™
La Boss Lady was launched at the very beginning of my rebirth.
It was created in a season where I learned how to love myself truly and unapologetically. The lessons did not come easy. Healing from past trauma forced me to grow, reflect, and choose a different way of living. I learned to move with intention, to act like a lady and think like La Boss, and to step fully into my feminine energy instead of living in constant fight or flight mode.
As a survivor of domestic violence, my healing journey became my turning point. I redirected my focus toward growth and enrolled in college, earning my GED diploma while accumulating college credits along the way. During my third semester, the world paused due to COVID, forcing all of us to take unexpected steps back. I nearly lost my life during that time, but instead, I reclaimed it.
That moment shifted everything.
I began prioritizing my mental health, inner strength, self-love, and self-care. I realized I had spent years loving everyone else before myself, until I finally understood that I deserved that same love too.
From that awakening, La Boss Lady Services, LLC was born.
What started as healing evolved into purpose. Fitness, fashion, confidence, and self-expression became extensions of my growth. My style shifted. My mindset strengthened. My approach to life changed. I was no longer hiding, shrinking, or surviving. I was becoming.
I was no longer living in a shell.
I was La Boss Lady.
